Payments and Fees
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to begin work. Final deliverables will be released upon full payment. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.
Revisions and Changes
We include a reasonable number of revisions in our projects as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or significant changes to the project scope may incur additional fees.
Project Timeline
We will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, project timelines may be affected by client responsiveness, complexity of changes, and other factors beyond our control. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted deadlines.
Limitation of Liability
SR DIGITAL WORLD'S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to cure the breach within a reasonable time. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Habra, West Bengal.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
